Introducing the S.F.E. Group

Mathey Dearman Inc., B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools LLC, and TAG Pipe Equipment Specialist Ltd. are proud to announce the merging of the three companies into one business. While the strong brand names will continue, the new organization will be named Specialized Fabrication Equipment Group, or The S.F.E. Group.

The synergies of these three global brands enable S.F.E Group to offer a much broader range of products to our distribution partners along with an improved, proactive sales and marketing approach. The combined businesses will have an increased infrastructure and customer support providing enhanced service to our customers.

With the financial backing of The Gladstone Companies, a publicly traded investment business; The S.F.E. Group will proactively look to expand into the Welding and Industrial Equipment channels with several add on acquisitions of other leading brands. In addition, we will continue to grow our existing brands and product portfolio.

The retention of Senior Management from within the three companies has been prioritized and we are pleased to announce the following postings to the S.F.E. Group Management Team:

Dan Dellelis – Group CFO
Andrew Bush – Vice President of US Sales.
Jochen Van Vlem – Vice President of International Sales.

Mathey Dearman based in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a 80 year old company with over 45 employees. Mathey specializes in the manufacturing and sales of Saddle Pipe Cutting and Bevelling Machines, various pipe alignment and reforming clamps as well as other Pipe fabrication tools and equipment.

B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools LLC based in Houston, Texas is a 30 year old company with over 40 employees. B&B manufacturers and sells Pipe Stands and Rollers, Various Carts, Rigging equipment and various Pipe Clamps and accessories.

TAG Pipe Equipment Specialists Ltd is based in the United Kingdom with approximately 35 employees with a sales presence in 4 continents. Tag Pipe manufactures a range of Pipe Cold Cutting and Bevelling machines, End prep Machines as well as other various pipe and plate fabrication equipment

We are also excited to launch a new brand called Pipe Purging Masters (PPM). This brand will offer a comprehensive and innovative range of pipe purging equipment. This will be an extension of products that both TAG and B&B have offered in the past.
