S.F.E. Group is proud to announce the acquisition of the Axxair Group, a privately held company based near Valence, France. Axxair Group has been a leading innovator and manufacturer of orbital tube and pipe cutting and welding solutions since 1997. Headquartered in France, they also have subsidiaries in Germany, the USA, South Korea, and China, with a global strength of 65 employees.
S.F.E. Group was founded in 2019 after the merger of three world-leading OEMs in the field of pipe fabrication tooling and machinery: TAG Pipe Equipment Specialist Ltd (UK), Mathey Dearman Inc (USA), and B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools LLC (USA). The S.F.E. Group offers a wide range of products and continues to add new products through R&D and add-on acquisitions to enhance its portfolio and fulfill increasing industry demands.
