Congratulations to T&T In Situ Machining GmbH (Norderstedt, Germany) for this impressive entry showcasing the CLIMAX CM6200 Circular Mill during a Voith Schneider Propeller project for Voith Group.
Using the CM6200, the team machined two large flanges for Voith Schneider Propellers to precise specifications. The work included facing the top surface, machining inner and outer diameters, and accurately marking and drilling bolt patterns. The completed flanges are now ready for installation in a high-performance marine propulsion system.
